The request came from a South Norwood Resident and I do believe it is fair and balanced. Actually, Romney probably used those very words. However, Mr. Carroll has officially excluded this resident from the committee. Better to have 7 men from uptown that 1 resident from South Norwood. This definitely does not reflect the season of cooperation and respect that should be consistently implemented in Norwood. The transparency is evident. Shame on you.
