1. In Norwood today, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. at the Norwood Town Hall.
2. The Senior Center will hold a TRIAD meeting this afternoon at 1:00 p.m. TRIAD is part of a national program that is a three-way partnership between seniors, law enforcement agencies, and the Council on Aging. This partnership works together to reduce criminal victimization of senior citizens and to enhance their awareness of support services. Today's meeting will include a DVD on slips and falls presented by Joseph Canavan from the Sheriff's office.
3. The Morrill Memorial Library will hold a Duct Tape Workshop Program for children in grades 3 - 5 today from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Registration is required for this program by contacting the Children's Department at 781-769-0200 x225.
4. The NHS girls' varsity hockey team will play vs. Scituate at the Bajko Arena in Hyde Park at 5:00 p.m. The boys' varsity hockey team will travel to Brockton for a 8:00 p.m. meet.
5. Monday Events at the Norwood Senior Center: Flex, Firm & Chi 8:00 a.m. ($2.00 per class); Stretch & Tone 9:00 a.m.($2.00 per class); Tai Chi 10 a.m. ($2.00 per class); Book Club 10:00 a.m.; Gentle Exercise 10:45 a.m. ($2.00 per class); Cribbage 12:45 p.m.; and Handcrafters 1:00 p.m.
