2. Time to clean out those closets! The NHS Girls Volleyball team is collecting any size/shape old sneakers as a fundraiser to help with the cost of warm ups for their fall season. The girls will receive funds for every pound of sneakers that are collected. Email Mariereen@aol.com to arrange pick up or you can drop them off on Saturday, Aug. 18.

3. Today is the last day for voter registration for the September 6 state primary election. The Town Clerk's office in the Town Hall will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

4. Stop by Limey's Pub in the center of town tonight for live music by DH and the Gentlemen!

5. Volunteers Needed: Mr. Erenworth is in need of about 10 volunteers to help stuff envelopes at the Coakley. If you are available and willing, please email Amy Sobchuk at coakleypto@gmail.com.
