1. The Norwood Recreation fall/winter program came out yesterday, and registration for fall activities begins August 20. Be sure to check it out!
2. The Board of Selectmen will meet tonight in the Town Hall at 7 p.m. The meeting will also be carried live on NPA-TV's town channel.
3. Today is "Senior Citizen's Day" at the Norwood Farmer's Market. Free bus service across town will be provided to bring seniors to the Market. Please help a senior enjoy the Market by contacting the Senior Center for pick up times at 781-762-1201. The Market is held every Tuesday from noon to 6 p.m.
4. Bring your friends, family members or co-workers to Lewis' tonight to play Stump! Trivia, starting at 8 p.m. Test your knowledge of everything ranging from the Simpsons to world history, music, sports, movies and more with the chance to win great prizes.
5. It’s Scrabble Night at the library. Adults can join in the fun from 7-9 p.m. Test your word skills and meet new people in the area. It is free and no registration is required. There's also a Scrabble club for kids, grade three and older, from 7-8 p.m. in the children’s room. All levels of ability are welcome.
