Four Arrested in Two Drug Investigations by Norfolk County Detectives
Police arrested four parties for drug-related charges on Friday, three in Norwood and one in Dedham.
Norwood Police, along with other detectives from the Norfolk County Police Anti-Crime (NORPAC) Detectives Unit, arrested four suspects on Friday concluding two local drug investigations.
Brenden S. Zablocki, 18, of Norwood was arrested for possession with intent to distribute Marijuana, possession of class A (Heroin), conspiracy to violate the controlled substance law, and two counts of distribution of Marijuana. According to police, Zablocki is currently on probation for a prior possession with intent to distribute Marijuana arrest in April of 2012. One Norwood juvenile, 16, was arrested and charged with distribution of a class D substance (Marijuana) and conspiracy to violate the controlled substance law. Both were booked at the Norwood Police headquarters. Zablocki was expected to be arraigned at Dedham District Court on Monday. The juvenile will be arraigned at Dedham Juvenile Court.
As the result of a second investigation Ricky Chirinos, 20, of Dorchester was charged with distribution of class A (Heroin) and was also arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was booked at the Norwood Police headquarters. A short time later detectives arrested Arthur C. Lambert, of Dorchester in Dedham. Lambert is charged with two counts of distribution of a class A substance (Heroin) and conspiracy to violate the controlled substance law. He was booked at the Dedham Police headquarters.
According to police, Chirinos was arrested on Washington St. near Douglas Ave. after selling Heroin to an undercover police officer. Lambert was also arrested after selling to a an undercover officer.
Both Chirinos and Lambert were expected to be arraigned at Dedham District Court on Monday.
