There will be a National Weather Service heat advisory in effect from 1-7 p.m. Tuesday.
According to the NWS heat index values could reach up to 102, with temperatures in the 90's and and dewpoints near 70.
"The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity will combine to create a situation in which heat illnesses are possible," the advisory reads. "Avoid prolonged work in the sun or in poorly ventilated areas. Drink plenty of fluids...stay in air-conditioned environment...stay out of the sun...and check in on relatives and neighbors."
