Recruit individuals directly or indirectly through the support of participating chapter efforts. Implement and coordinate training requirements. Develop volunteer recognition programs.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures, Safety Quality Identity Potency Purity (SQUIPP), regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable Federal, state and local regulations.

Additional responsibilities include providing transportation to appointments and other activities and utilizing resources available through our Outpatient Centers and the community to support achievement of the goals of the consumers served. Part-time Maintenance Technician - Canton
Property maintenance is essential to every apartment community, and it is the maintenance team that carries out this vital role. Charged with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and performing routine and emergency maintenance of all kinds, Maintenance Technicians must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service; the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail. One or more years of hands-on general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required; experience in painting a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training or industry designation (CAMT or CAMT II) a plus. Valid drivers license required. This is a 20 hours a week position scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday day shift.
