Local Fireworks Displays to Catch This Weekend

Several communities are having fireworks this weekend near Norwood.

 

With the Fourth of July rapidly approaching, Norwood Patch went looking for local fireworks displays, because what would Independence Day be without the glory of fireworks lighting up the sky?

Several nearby communities will be hosting fireworks displays this weekend, according to a recent list on BostonCentral.com.

  • Brockton Fair: July 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9 at 10:30 p.m., Brockton Fairgrounds off Route 24
  • Franklin: July 2, 10 p.m., Franklin Junior High Athletic Fields
  • Danvers: July 3, 9:30 p.m., Plains Park
  • Milford: July 3, 9 p.m., Plains Park
  • Needham: July 3, dark, Memorial Field
  • Sharon: July 3, 9:30 p.m., Memorial Park Beach
  • Walpole: July 3, 9:30 p.m., Joe Morgan Memorial Field
  • Weymouth: July 3, 9 p.m., Barge off Wessqgusset Beach
  • Acton: July 2, Concert at 7:30 p.m., Fireworks at 9:30 p.m., Nara park 
  • Bellingham: July 4, 9:30 p.m., Bellingham High School
  • Boston: July 4, 10:30 p.m., Esplanade (after Pops concert)
  • Newton: July 4, 9 p.m., Russell J. Halloran Field, off Route 16
