Norwood Police Log: Hit and Run, Shoplifting at Rite Aid

7:25 a.m. - Caller reported while dropping his girlfriend off at Norwood Depot he witnessed a hit and run between two vehicles. Police responded, identified the vehicle that was struck and notified the owner. Officers filed a report.
9:24 a.m. - Manager at Rite Aid on Boston-Providence Highway reported two females concealing items in a bag and paying for a couple at the register. Police filed a criminal complaint.
9:31 a.m. - Officer Mahoney to file charges for possession of a knife at the Coakley Middle School.
10:03 p.m. - Walk-in to the department reported hit and run at CVS Pharmacy on Nahatan St. Police filed a report.
