Norwood Police Log: Multiple Home Break-ins, Larceny and More

The following information was provided by the Norwood Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

 

 

Thursday, Mar. 7

(2:46 p.m.) According to police reports, a car was stolen on Plymouth Drive.  A report was filed.

(7:02 p.m.) A caller reported to Norwood Police that the windows of two vehicles parked at the Outback Steakhouse parking lot were smashed.  A report was filed.

Friday, Mar. 8

(1:19 p.m.) A tree limb fell on wires at Kenwood Drive. Services are being rendered.

(2:16 p.m.) According to reports, electrical wires were down on Belnap Road and Prescott Road. Norwood Electric was notified.

(6:06 p.m.) a resident reported to Norwood Police about a computer scam.  Services were rendered.

Saturday, Mar. 9

(11:02 a.m.) According to reports, a Norwood High School teacher's wallet was stolen. A report was filed.

(9:04 p.m.) A house on Barberry Lane was broken into. A report was filed.

(10:21 p.m.) Another home on Barberry Lane was broken into. A report was filed.

Sunday, Mar. 10

(1:01 a.m.) According to police reports, a home on Fulton Street was broken into. A report was filed.
