The annual 4th of July race in Norwood saw nearly 150 participants this year.
About 150 runners of all ages participated in the 2012 Norwood Firecracker 5K road race on Wednesday, starting and ending at the Town Common prior to the 4th of July parade.
Finishing in first was Justin Lutz, 32, of Framingham, with a time of 15:09.1. The first Norwood resident to finish was Danilo Cordeiro, 30, with a time of 15:57.0.
