Two Homes Broken Into on Juniper Drive

Police are urging anyone who may have noticed suspicious activity in that neighborhood on Friday to come forward.

The following is a statement from the Norwood Police Department:

On Friday, Nov. 16, two adjacent homes were broken into on Juniper Dr. In each incident entry was made by forced entry at the back of the house. Valuables were taken in each case. Both homes were empty most of the day.

We are asking any witnesses to suspicious persons or activity in the neighborhood Friday to come forward and report.

We are urging everyone throughout Norwood to look out for each other and report suspicious activity or suspicious persons when noticed in their neighborhood.

We are offering the services of our Crime Prevention officer(s) to assist residents (via a home survey) to make your home less of an attractive target for a thief and harder to break into if your home is chosen.
