Drive around Norwood and you'll notice far too many empty storefronts and buildings.
This week, we're continuing our "Visions for Vacancies" series where we showcase an empty storefront in town and ask you what should take up the space.
This week, we ask you what should take the space available at 1250 Washington St. in South Norwood, right at the intersection of St. Paul Ave. and Washington.
The space is just down the road from the Coakley Middle School and the Hawes Brook Park area.
What do you think should go in the location? A restaurant or cafe? A retail store? An office? Tell us in comments!

I'd like to see one of those meal preparation kitchens where you can go in with friends and prepare your week's worth of dinners. Maybe they could also offer cooking and/or baking lessons. Many of those places allow you to sign up as an individual or a group and you can b.y.o.b. while you're spending time with friends and getting ready for the week.

Great idea however, that is expensive! My wife just started a business where they do exactly what you say but come to your house:

We have humored the notion that you pitch above but the cost and certifications would be a large risk.
