Get in Shape for Women teams up with Let's Laugh Today (www.letslaughtoday.com) for a fundraiser for the victims of Hurricane Sandy (www.redcross.org/hurricane-sandy) on Thursday, December 6th from 8pm to 9pm at 917 High Street, Westwood, MA.  Experience all the health benefits of a good belly laugh! No comedy or jokes involved! Enjoy this internationally-known unique exercise of laughter and clapping combined with gentle breathing that brings more oxygen to the body's cells. This oxygen boost gives enhanced vitality, energy and a feeling of real well-being. Any age and any level of physical ability can participate in this uplifting experience! You can sit or stand. There are no fancy poses. Laughing is dehydrating, so please bring your water bottle. The fun will be led by Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers Linda and Bill Hamaker.  $5 minimum donation per person to the American Red Cross and InShape will match whatever is raised.
