The main office is located on the first floor where residents can enroll in a program, rent a meeting room, obtain a field permit, purchase a membership or "check in" for the day. The ground floor also houses offices, meeting rooms, a game room, men's and women's locker rooms with sauna and workout center. The second floor has a gymnasium, meeting rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a full service arts and crafts room. The third floor houses the school of dance with studio and parents' room.
