There will be no school Monday, Nov. 11, because of the observance of Veterans Day.

-There will be a blood pressure clinic Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 10 to 11 a,n, at the Kevin McGuire Housing Complex at Brookview Circle.
-The Norwood High football team broke into the win column Saturday with a 21-7 win over Bishop Feehan at home Saturday to improve to 1-7 on the years. Feehan jumped out to a 7-0 lead in the first half, but the Mustangs scored 21 straight points for the win. Jake Vail threw touchdown passes to Eric Sullivan and Zach Whelan, while Jake Ryan ran for a 9-yard score and kicked three extra-points. Norwood will be hosting North Quincy this week.
-There will be a breezy start to Veterans Day, according to WHDH. Temperatures will be in mid-40s to lower 50s. There will be a cold temperatures of 34.
