The Norwood Fire Department and Norwood Hospital will be conducting a joint Mass Decontamination Drill, Saturday, Oct. 28, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The exercise will center around of an unknown white powder that was released at the Foxboro Marine Recruiting Center with threat of Anthax. The Norwood police will also be involved as well as Norwood High students who will play the "victims."
Norwood Selectmen Scheduled for Tonight
The Norwood selectmen will be having their meeting Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 7 p.m. at town hall. On the agenda are 2014 liquor licenses, a report from Mark Ryan of the department of public works and from Malcolm McDonald of the Light Department.
Norwood Zoning Board of Appeals to Meet
The Norwood Zoning Board of Appeals' meeting will be Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 7:15 p.m. at town hall.
Norwood Harpist to Perform at Morrill Memorial Library
