Mandatory onlne registration for all winter sports is now open at toww.norwoodathletics.com. You must register online by Friday, Nov. 22, for the sport of your choice. Please note because of a technical problem with the web site anyone who already registered will need to register before Nov. 22.
-The Norwood Recreation Department is sponsoring Kids Yoga, Saturday, Nov. 16, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. for ages 3-10 This is one day event and the cost is $20. Jen Gregory will be the instructor. Wild animals are the theme for the yoga part, complete with poses, breathing, relaxing, games, crafts and snacks.
-The Norwood High football team will be hosting Bishop Feehan Saturday at 1 p.m. The 0-8 Mustangs are coming of a 7-0 loss at Milford last Friday night.
-School will be closed Monday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day.
-It's going to be sunny and cooler, according to WHDH-TV. Temperature will be in upper 40s to near 50. Saturday will start off sunny with clouds rolling in, near 50. Saturday, there will be a high of 55 and a low of 35.
