5 Things to Know: May 23, Pub Run, Blood Pressure Clinic and More

1. Charles River Running, 679 Washington St. in Norwood, will have a free Pub Run with ASICS at 6 p.m.

2. There will be an Adult Cross Training program at 111 Morgan Dr. in Norwood.  The program starts at 10:30 a.m. and costs $17 to join.

3. Norwood Hospital, 800 Washington St. in Norwood, will have their Senior Supper Programat 4:45 p.m.  The dinner costs 4:45 p.m.

4. There will be a Blood Pressure Clinic at the Frank Walsh Housing Complex at 10 a.m.
