1. Rink Site Selection Committee packages on potential rink sites are now available to the public. The packages can be obtained at the Town Manager's Office in Town Hall from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Recipients will be required to sign out for the copies. The Rink Site Selection Committee will be meeting again on Jan. 9.

3. Jimmy Tingle Live will perform in the Norwood High School Paul M. Alberta Performing Arts Center Friday evening at 7:30. Tickets are available at tickets.jimmytingle.com and the NHS Fine Arts Office for $25 in advance, $30 at the door, for students $10 in advance and $15 at the door.

4. Bring your friends, family members or co-workers to Lewis' tonight to play Stump! Trivia, starting at 8 p.m. Test your knowledge of everything ranging from the Simpsons to world history, music, sports, movies and more with the chance to win great prizes.

5. It’s Scrabble Night at the library. Adults can join in the fun from 7-9 p.m. Test your word skills and meet new people in the area. It is free and no registration is required. There's also a Scrabble club for kids, grade three and older, from 7-8 p.m. in the children’s room. All levels of ability are welcome.
