2. Runners and walkers are invited to Charles River Running for 45 minutes of gentle stretching and breathing tonight at 6:30 p.m. Yoga is lead by instructor Jen Prohaska of The Doorway to Wellness. Cost is $6.

3. Gallery 9, located at 45 Central Street in Norwood is hostng "Mural of Memories," a visual and verbal exhibit created by elderly and disabled clients attending Norfolk Adult Day Health Center in Norwood. The work will be exhibited through Nov. 27. The Gallery is open Monday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Tuesday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Questions? Call Gallery 9 at 781-762-3300.

4. During the month of November the library will accept donations of non-perishable food for fines incurred for overdue materials. All donations will go to the Norwood Food Pantry.

5. Senior suppers are offered Monday through Friday at 4:45 p.m. in the Norwood Hospital's cafeteria located on the basement level of the Lorusso Building at 800 Washington Street, Norwood. Meals are $5.50, menu hotline at 781-769-4000 ext. 13663.
