Norwood Hospital to Offer Program on Knee, Hip Pain

Learn more about the less-invasive treatment option to relieve knee or hip pain called MAKOplasty® on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013, 6-7 pm, at Norwood Hospital, 800 Washington Street, Norwood.

 Orthopedic specialists from Norwood Hospital will explain how MAKOplasty® -- an innovative robotic-arm assisted technology -- can effectively and more precisely treat early- to mid-stage osteoarthritis of the knee or hip.

There will also be a Q and A session with the doctors and you can “meet our robot,” as well as hear from a patient who underwent this treatment option to relieve joint pain.
