Rain Doesn't Stop Santa From Visiting Norwood Holiday Parade

Despite the rainy, cold day, Santa Claus was able to visit Norwood Sunday afternoon for the holiday parade and tree lighting.
The rain caused the parade to be cancelled and Santa's appearance was moved inside of the Civic Center where a large crowd was waiting for him and Mrs. Claus to have their picture taken.
Even in the rain, some activities went on with story telling on the gazebo, horse driven wagon rides outside of the Norwood Theatre and the trees on the common were turned on.
(If you have any of your photos of the celebration, please post on Norwood Patch.)
