IT Desktop Suppport Manager - OneBeacon Insurance, Canton

We currently have an opportunity for an IT Desktop Support Manager to join our OneBeacon IT division. This opportunity is located in our Canton, MA office. 

The IT Team Leader is responsible for managing the activities of a highly active team, providing technical services to internal or external customers on high level problems related to desktop, laptop and network systems. Requires a hands-on approach and the technical expertise; to identify, prioritize and confirm problem resolution.
