Needham Bank announced the addition of Andrea Mehigan of Norwood as vice president, compliance officer for the bank.
Mehigan comes to Needham Bank with more than 11 years of bank compliance experience. Prior to joining the bank, she was employed with Reading Co-operative Bank as vice president compliance officer. In her current role, she will oversee the bank's lending and deposit compliance program.

Mehigan is a graduate of UMass Boston and holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager Designation (CRCM). She currently resides in Norwood with her husband.
