CT:  We have been in Norwood Center since 1969 but have been in Norwood since 1954. Our mother started this business back in 1957. My sister Terry and I took over the business and have stayed right here on Washington Street.

Patch: Prom season is coming up, what would you say are the more popular gowns?

CT: The older girls like the longer dresses which are more sophisticated than the shorter versions. The younger girls will sometimes go for the shorter dresses. And all colors bright and bold are in style now. From hot pink, turquoise, bright red and all shades in between.

Patch: What are some of the brands that you carry?

CT: We carry the latest in bridal attire for the bride, mother of the bride and mother of the groom as well as the flower girls and brides maids. We also offer alterations on premises for a nominal fee. The current designers that we carry are Maggie Sottero, Paloma Blanc, Jasmine, Waters and Waters and many more. Jim Helm, Dessy Creations and Jasmine have alot of the latest in brides maid collections now. We also carry any of the accessories you will need to complete your bridal gown or prom gown including shoes, handbags, jewelry and tiara's.

Patch: So we heard that you were asked to participate in a Bridal Fashion Show at the Mansfield Holiday Inn on March 17. How did that come about?

CT: They called us because they knew we carried an extensive bridal wear collection having been in business for so many years. For more information on the show you can contact: Cherie Allen (508)339-2200.
