Wednesday, July 8
Shiva Bazaar: The food dates were good but they need to discontinue the use of wood for shelves in win cooler.  Wood is a porous and non-clnable surface - wood beginning to chip and split, which may contaminate food stored inside cooler.  And there were no pests found.

Tuesday, July 9
Westbury Farms Family Restaurant: Undercounter to steam table was observed to have heavy grease. And they needed to ensure that the CO2 tanks are chained,  which is a safety issue.  A re-inspection was scheduled.

Wednesday, July 10
Sunrise Breakfast: General sanitation was OK, but the hood unit above the cook line is overdue for service.  The Fire Department was notified.

Thursday,
July 11
Boston Beef: Not in full compliance w/ requirements of a HACCP plan for reduced oxygen packaging of food, so the inspector will follow-up.  However, the sanitation was good.
