Norwood Hospital Partners with Norwood Farmers Market Chef’s Table

The collaboration will focus on bringing a series of nutritional cooking demonstrations along with recipe cards offering healthy meal ideas.

Starting on July 30 Norwood Hospital will be partnering with the Norwood Farmer's Market at their “Chef’s table.” The collaboration will focus on bringing a series of nutritional cooking demonstrations. 

Norwood Hospital's Dietitian and Clinical Nutrition Manager Caitlin Melia will prepare healthy recipes from locally grown produce. 

The first of the hospital recipe series will be held at the farmer's market from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Norwood Center’s town common.

"In conjunction with education around nutrition and health, Norwood Hospital’s Healthy Recipes Series will show the benefits of purchasing more fruits and vegetables and preparing healthier meals for families," Norwood Hospital representative Denise Grove said. 

During the event there will also be free recipe cards handed out.
