Christmas Services in Norwood

EMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH-Monday, Dec. 24: Christmas Eve, 5, 7 and 10:30 p.m.

UNITED CHURCH OF NORWOOD-The service will include many of the beloved carols, the Christmas Scriptures, the lighting of the Advent candle and a
Christmas message by Pastor Kevin Smith.  The Sanctuary Choir will sing "Stars of the Night, Burning Bright", which was written especially for the United Church Choir. The featured musical guest will be harpist Felice Pomeranz of the Gilded Harps. The service will be “kid-friendly”, and all children are welcome to participate under the direction of Children’s Minister Meg Nelson. The service starts at 7 p.m.

ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA PARISH-Monday, Dec. 24: 4 p.m., church and cafeteria, 6 p.m. family, Tuesday, Dec. 25: Services midnight, 7, 9 and 11 a.m.

SAINT GEORGE ORTHODOX CHURCH- Monday, Dec. 24: Vesperal Liturgy, 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 25: Liturgy for Nativity of our Lord God and Saviour Jesus Christ, 9 a.m.
