Men's Community Breakfast Will Feature Local Author

The next meeting is scheduled for May 18 and will feature Michael H. Cunningham.

The next Men’s Community Breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, May 18 at 8 a.m.  A full breakfast will be served in the Parish House of the First Baptist Church of Norwood, 71 Bond St. in Norwood. 

The featured speaker for the event will be Michael H. Cunningham, local author.

Mr. Cunningham has written four books based on his life as an infantryman in Vietnam, and his many years in the United States Customs Service. 

He currently is a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary out of Portsmouth, NH and teaches Math at the University of Massachusetts Boston to veterans transitioning from military to civilian life.

He will also give a power point presentation of his second book, “In Safe Hands.”  There will be a Q & A time following the presentation.

All men are invited to attend.  There is no charge for the breakfast and program.  A free will offering is accepted.
