1:34 a.m. Katie Mellett, 27, of 53 Sprague St. in Dedham was arrested for operation of a vehicle while under the influence of drugs, possession of a class B substance and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
1:46 a.m. Caller reported his cab driver was assault and not paid by a passenger on Washington Street.
