All you need to bring is your own alcoholic beverage and smile.
My nephew Bob will be here with his smoked Baby Back ribs.
Also there will be plenty other food and soft drinks too.
The cost is $10 per adult. Children 12 and under are free, when acompanied by an adult.
We will also have a bouncy house for the kiddies.
The Home Run Derby itself costs $25 to enter. The format is very similar to Major League Baseball.
Prizes
will be awarded to the winner and runner up, as well there will be
prizes for the longest home run of the day and the most hit in one
round.
Please submit 3 songs you would like played while you bat in the Derby. We will have my nephew Andrew spinning the tunes.
There will also be a 50 50 raffle for $2 per ticket 3 for $5.
The $10 food fee needs to be paid in advance by July 20th.
Following the Derby there will be a game under the lights.
Please spread the word as this will set the stage for more events like this in the future.
