Kids' Winter Programs at FA
Looking for something to keep your kids active in the winter? Fitness Advantage is currently offering two winter kids' programs:
- Winter Adventure Boot Camp is for ages 7-12. It's an 8 week workshop meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm. Coach Anne Clay has designed this fun and exciting strength and conditioning program for kids that emphasizes teamwork and sportsmanship through winter olympic games, obstacle courses, relay races, rople climbing and much more!
- Youth Boxing, for ages 12 and up, is an 8 week boxing and conditioning class held on Mondays at 5:30pm. It is a fun total body workout that is great for cross-training for other sports, or for those interested in learning the sport of boxing.
