Penny was a true New Yorker but grew to love Massachusetts when she moved here at age 85 to be closer to her family. She missed her family home of over 50 years in Flushing N.Y. and all of the love she lavished on it with her unique decorating style.

Her love of music, movies and theater were well known to her friends and family. She had a beautiful singing voice and would always be the first person on the dance floor at any social event.

Penny had a great work ethic and passed that onto her entire family. She loved her family and took great pride in their accomplishments. She particularly enjoyed having individual conversations with family members and checking in on what was happening in their lives.

Her children and grandchildren will miss her colorful conversation and unanticipated surprises. She was a force of nature never slowed by life's adversities. She is gone, she will be missed but Penny will never be forgotten.
