NORWOOD FOOD PANTRY NEEDS VOLUNTEERS

Can you spare a few hours a month to help your hungry neighbors?

The Norwood Food Pantry needs volunteers to pick up bakery goods once every four weeks at local supermarkets (Roche’s, Shaw’s, and Stop & Shop).  Pick-ups are made on Saturdays.  For more information, please call John at 781-769-3834.

Volunteers are also needed Monday mornings from 8 to 9 AM to help move food from the pantry storage facility to the pantry itself.  Some heavy lifting is involved, however both buildings are located close together on the property of Grace Episcopal Church, 150 Chapel Street.  If you are interested, please call Ruthie at 781-769-0425.
