Arrested were Dejan Katic, 26, Aja Lee Moore, 28, and Jessica Nikas, 21. A short time later police also arrested Peter Katic, 23. All four were living at the searched residence.
Peter Katic was charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute of a class A substance (heroin) and drug violation near a school zone. Jessica Nikas was charged with possession of class A substance (heroin) and being a fugitive from justice, having an active court warrant out of New Hampshire.
