Norwood Police Log: ATM Robbery, Electrical Fire and More

The following information was provided by the Norwood Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Monday, July 8
(10:32 a.m.)  According to Norwood Police reports, a woman walked into the station and said that she was beaten and robbed.  The suspect took her money that was just taken out of the Bank of America ATM on Walpole Street.  A report was filed.

(7:28 p.m.) A Golden Living Center resident called police to report that their package delivered by the U.S. Postal Service was missing.  A report was filed.

Tuesday, July 9
(12:07 p.m.)  Keys were removed from the front door of a Lansdown Way property.  A report was filed.

(4:21 p.m.)  An Old Derby Road resident reported to police that his checks were taken.  A report was filed.

Wednesday, July 10
(9:40 a.m.)  Center Auto Body reported to officials that there was an electrical fire in the spray room.  Norwood Fire took care of the situation.
