Friday, Dec. 6:
8:34 a.m. Norwood DPW truck involved in motor vehicle accident, Boston-Providence Highway and Morse Street. Norwood Fire Department sent.
12:32 p.m. Motor vehicle accident, Neponsent St and Access Road. Report filed.
1:41 p.m. Truck hit CSX Railroad Bridge at Morse Street. Norwood Fire Department and DPW sent with barrels. The truck was towed.
2:15 p.m. Lost and found report of a bicycle was left on front lawn for a week on Day Street. Officer picked the up the bicycle.
2:17 p.m. Motor vehicle accident at Nahatan Street-Curran Ave., knocking down telephone wires. Connolly Bus Company was notified of three roads being closed, Nahatan/School/Curran. Vehicle towed.
3:58 p.m. Hit and run in municipal lot on Nahatan Street. An unoccupied van was reported to be hit.
5:50 p.m. Wallet reported lost at Burger King Restaurant, Boston-Providence Highway. Report filed.
6:38 p.m. Caller reported UPS package may have been stolen from front porch on Hill Street.
9:09 p.m. Two vehicle motor vehicle accident at Boncaldo's on Boston-Providence Highway. Officer assisted in paper exchange.
10:05 p.m. Officer assisted MCI Norfolk, who was transporting one prisoner for treatment at Norwood Hospital, Washignton Street.
11:44 p.m. A hit and run was reported on Washington Street-Mylod Street. Someone backed into a vehicle. Report filed.
