Norwood Police Log: Domestic Assault, Vandalism and More

Wednesday, Feb. 20

(6:19 a.m.) A caller reported to Norwood Police that there was vandalism done to multiple vehicles overnight. A report was filed.

(12:33 p.m.) A caller reported that a dog was hit by a car on Winslow Ave. Animal Control was notified and a report was filed.

Thursday, Feb. 21

(2:10 a.m.) Security from Norwood Hospital requested a Norwood Police Officer because a doctor was being threatened by a patient over the phone. A report was filed.

(3:32 p.m.) A man was arrested for domestic assualt and battery after Norwood Police received a couple of call attempts from the victim. The victim was transported to get her car on Suffolk Drive.

(4:42 a.m.) There was a CO2 alarm on Lenox Street. Norwood Fire Department  reported that it was caused by the wood stove.
