Friday, Oct. 4:

7:38 a.m. Motor vehicle accident, Nahatan and Lenox Streets.
8:10 a.m. Wires down, Cedar Street, fire department notified.
9:50 a.m. Funeral escort, Gillooly Funeral Home, funeral escort
11:58 a.m. Disabled motor vehicle, Chapel Street and Washington Street.
12:20 p.m. Motor vehicle accident, Pleasant Street and Nahatan Street, fire department responded.
7:16 p.m. Shoplifting, TJ Maxx, Nahatan Street, shoplifter detained.
10:19 p.m. Lost and found, Balch School, Washington Street.

Saturday, Oct. 5
4:58 a.m. Suspicious activity, Engamore Lane, caller reported woman screaming in train area. She got separated from friends and panicked. Officer placed her in cab for a ride home.
6:48 a.m. Violation of town bylaw, Boston Providence Highway and Neponset Road, caller complained of noise coming from construction workers at gas station on Route 1. Parties advised of the bylaw.
9:44 a.m. Funeral escort, Gillooly Funeral Home, St. Timothy's only.
10:45 a.m. Animal complaint, Dean Street and Tanworth Road, report of dog limping, gone on arrival.
12:35 p.m. Walk-in found syringe, Highview Street, disposed.
12:58 p.m. Shoplifting, Stop & Shop, Boston-Providence Highway, complaint application and report.
1:40 p.m. Motor vehicle accident, Boston Providence Highway, papers exchanged.
1:45 p.m. Motor vehicle accident, George Street, papers exchanged.
2:14 p.m. Fraud, walk-in, report filed.
2:32 p.m. Motor vehicle report, Walgreens-Boston Providence Highway, papers exchanged.
3:26 p.m. Larceny, walk-in, items missing from home.
3:48 p.m. Complaint of motor vehicle, call reporting driver driving with flat rearview tire. Made it out of town, Walpole police notified.
10 p.m. Kids gathering, Hurley's South Norwood Bee, Washington Street, kids hanging out in front of the store. Group spoken to and moved.
10:50 p.m. Noise complaint, Chapel Court, party spoken to.
10:57 p.m. Noise complaint, Washington and Tremont Streets, car played loud music, kids moved along.
11:56 p.m. Motor vehicle stop, Starbucks Coffee, Boston-Providence Highway, arrested Melissa Phillips, 33, Moreland Street, arrested OUI liquor and marked lanes violation.
