Norwood Police Log: Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm, Shoplifting and More

Friday, Mar. 1

(1:36 p.m.) Norwood Police Officer reported that there was a grey Jeep in the area with two males looking into homes.  A report was filed.

(2:24 p.m.) According to Norwood Police reports, a client at the Social Security Administration was making threats to the office over the phone. A report was filed.

Saturday, Mar. 2

(1:11 a.m.) Norwood Police arrested a Washington Street resident for carrying an unlicensed firearm.

(9:41 p.m.) According to police reports, a East Cross Street resident was arrested committing credit card fraud.

Sunday, Mar. 3

(2:49 p.m.) According to police reports, a caller told police that they observed two males run from Shaws with four green hand held baskets stuffed with food and fled the scene. They were later arrested by Mass State Police. 

(7:24 p.m.) A caller reported to Norwood Police that someone broke her sliding glass door. A report was filed.
