Norwood Police Log: Stolen BMW, Attempted B&E at Golden Living Center

Wednesday, October 3

9:48 a.m. - Walk-in to the department reported stolen bicycle from the Rama Shopping Center on Washington St. Police filed a report.

10:29 a.m. - Walk-in to the department from the Gallery Auto Group on Boston-Providence Highway reported a stolen motor vehicle, a 2012 black BMW. Police filed a report.

6:23 p.m. - Caller at Norwood Hospital reported female stepped out of a black Honda, appearing intoxicated, and threw beer cans into the bushed before entering the hospital. As a result police stated one placed into protective custody.

Thursday, October 4

1:29 a.m. - Officer reported a male party walking near Dean and Pleasant streets, bleeding form the face area. Party stated he was assaulted, and directed officers to the area where he believed the perpetrator lived. He refused medical attention. As a result, police returned with two under arrest.

12:07 p.m. - Caller reported disturbance at Nahatan Realty Trust on Nahatan St., stated subject fled. As a result, police arrested one Norwood man for assault and battery.

7:20 p.m. - A 911 caller reported her boyfriend bit her and stole her cell phone. As a result, police arrested one Norwood male for assault and battery and malicious destruction of property.

Friday, October 5

1:31 a.m. - Employee at the Golden Living Center reported attempted breaking and entering to the financial office. Norwood and State Police responded. Police filed a report.
