Monday- April 29, 2013

Auto Theft- 7:53 a.m.

River Ridge Drive- Employee reported the theft of a white F250 truck in addition to a prior B&E. Report filed.

9-1-1 Motor Vehicle Accident- 9:06 a.m.

Stone Circle- Loud crash from Mylod and Washington. Norwood Fire Department responded. Report filed.

Motor Vehicle Complaint- 10:51 a.m.

Upland Road- Vehicle lost a mattress. Officer stood by while they resecured it.

Suspicious Activity- 12:38 p.m.

Yarmouth Road- Babysitter heard a banging noise in the basement and left with the kids. The homeowner stated that there was a window open that they never open. Officers checked the house and it was secure.

Drug Arrest- 12:42 p.m.

Providence Highway- Detective initiated at drug arrest at Home Depot on Route 1. Peter J. Crane, 29, of 124 Twin Brook Lane, Bellingham, Mass. was arrested for alleged Possession of a Class D Drug with Intent to Distribute.

Fraud- 2:59 p.m.

Providence Highway- Worker at Boch Honda who sold a phone as a private sale was informed by the bank that the cash was counterfeit. Report filed.
