Highlights from the agenda for the Norwood Board of Selectmen meeting, Feb. 5.

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet tonight at 5 p.m. in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:

  • Chief William G. Brooks III, of the Norwood Police Department will be submitting the monthly report of departmental activities.
  • George Tiglianidis, The Feisty Greek, 38 Vanderbilt Avenue will be submitting an application for an entertainment license with music and dancing for a Saturday, once a month offering traditional and folk Greek music. Also to change CV hours from Mon. to Sat. 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. to Mon. to Sat., 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.
  • Town Report for Year 2012 will be presented to the Board for review for additions or deletions. Chairman will prepare letter of introduction.
  • Sigalle Reiss, Director of the Board of Health will be submitting revised flyer on medical marijuana training scheduled for Thurs., March 21 at 9:30 a.m., location changed to The Chateau in Norton.
