Agenda for the Board of Selectmen, Nov. 13

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet tonight at 7:00 p.m. in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:

• Norwood Council Knights of Columbus will be submitting a request for one day AAB and dance permits for Fri., Nov. 16, from 7 p.m. to midnight; Sat., Nov. 17, 7-11 p.m.; Sat., Nov. 24, 7 p.m. – midnight; Sun., Dec. 2, 1–5 p.m., and Sat., Dec. 8, 7 p.m. - midnight.
• Residents of District 9 will be submitting communication asking for support for the development of the playing fields at the Prescott School.
• Stephen Costello, Director of Community Planning & Economic Development will be submitting a request to meet with the Board on Dec. 11 for a public hearing on FY2013 Community Development Fund Grant application.
• Rev. John P. Culloty, St. Timothy’s Parish, 650 Nichols Street, will be submitting a request to hold the annual road race on Sat., Dec. 1, commencing at 9 a.m. leaving and returning to St. Timothy’s Church.
