Agenda for the Board of Selectmen, Sept. 11

Highlights from the agenda for the Norwood Board of Selectmen meeting tonight.

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:

  • At 7:15 p.m. there will be a Public Hearing for National Grid.
  • At 7:30 p.m., Wesley Atamian, President of Home Market Foods, Corinne Schultz, Environmental Health & Safety, and Sigalle Reiss, Superintendent, Norwood Board of Health, will address the Board.
  • Pamela A. McCarthy, Community Development Program Coordinator will be submitting notice that the Economic Development Committee voted unanimously to pay the full Chamber of commerce invoice of $7,500 and is asking the Board to release the funds.
  • The Board is scheduled to go into executive session "to discuss the physical condition or mental health of an employee/discuss Settlement Agreement which might prove detrimental to financial position of the Town."
