Norwood Patch Storm Center: Snow Total 7.5 Inches

The Norwood Department of Public Works was reporting 7.5 inches of snow as of 11 p.m. Tuesday night.

The snow is expected to wrap up between 6-7 a.m., according to WBZ radio. Predictions for Norwood range in the 8-12 range.

No pre-school Wednesday in Norwood.

Tuesday at 9 p.m., the Norwood Police were reporting the roads were in no condition for driving.

The Norwood Fire Department reported on their Facebook page that they brought in extra personnel to handle the high volume of calls they expected.

Blue Hills Regional, Norfolk Aggie, St. Catherine of Siena and Xaverian are all closed Wednesday, Jan. 22.
