      Submitting a copy of registered mail to the Manager of notice of intent to submit a phase 2 application to apply for a Certificate of Registration to operate a Registered Marijuana Dispensary as required by the Department of Public Health. They negotiated a letter of intent for lease of space at 500 Boston Providence Turnpike.
