50 Years of Xaverian High School

With Cardinal O'Malley presiding, the Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood celebrated a Mass of Thanksgiving for the 50th anniversary of the opening of the school, Sept. 20.

Seven Xaverian grads, who become priests assisted the Cardinal in the Mass. Several students all took part in the various parts of the Mass, including the Liturgy of the Word, Prayer of the Faithful and the choir.

The study body filled the bleachers, while the parents and alumni were seated on the floor.
