WORST customer service ever! Just received the WORST arrangement by delivery. I was told that it was FTD's problem! I called FTD 3 way call and they listened to the woman Marie SCREAM at me! The flowers are wilted and I sent them a photo and they said that they were fresh and I should have gone to Stop & Stop!! FTD trying to call them now and they are not answering!
Now finding out it is through 1800flowers! Bella Mia told me FTD!
It gets better. My husband ordered the LARGE Timeless Tulips...I got 9 tulips! Over $100! Beware of this shop!!!
The lady who runs this joint is obnoxious as well. When she was further up the street, she used her handicapped placard (probably someone elses) to park all day in front of her store and in the alley next to it even protruding onto the sidewalk and when confronted was belligerent and rude. I would never do business with her company and wish her nothing but bad luck.
